The Leading Center
The Leading Center is a modular program for manager development that can be intranet, extranet or internet based. Course content is specifically for managers and includes:
- Performance planning — content on building a manager's own development and objectives-based plan, and plans for a team.
- Leadership — content on competencies required in business leaders, like motivation, team building, and effective interviewing skills.
- Managing risks — review of legal requirements on sexual harassment, diversity training, and legal interviewing.
